The journey of building a house begins with an initial consultation. At Ibarra Drake Construction, this step is crucial for understanding the client’s vision, preferences, and specific needs for their future home. Once these foundational points are covered, we move into the next phase: securing necessary permits and finalizing the design.
After understanding the client’s vision, the design process officially begins. This phase is led by our team of expert architects and designers, who work closely with the client to draft a blueprint that reflects their desires while remaining structurally sound.
